The Devil named "Mood-out"

It is wierd that we notice certain changes in us, and those changes are just not we would have expected to occur in US few years back! :|

Yes! For eg: We might have loved going to college and hanging around with friends. But now all of a sudden we are just not the same old having fun type! Well, of course the vice versa might happen. Anyways, if its a development towards betterment, always appreciated! (pat on the back)

Now what about the moments when the change is briinging us down into the pit? If You feel that something of this sort is happening in your life then celebrate! Because you have identified this kinda "change" early and you can do something about it. :)

Before this change becomes a part of our personality, it is very important to get rid of it. There are many ways to do that.

1. Get in touch with friends who helped u be positive and productive. Irrespective of how far they are, get in touch with them either via mails or calls or chat.

2. Make a list of things you used to do when u were positive. (Starting from getting up in the morning to sleeping at night. Each and every action that you used to do)

3. Find out the habits that you have left from the list. This could be a reason for the negativity.

4. tick mark this list everyday after completing it. Once that list becomes your habit, u can stop ticking it.

Now, you will not find any negativity or the negative change that is making you go down and mood-out and feel upset comparatively. Life is about making mistakes and correcting them.

Sometimes, its difficult to correct the mistakes. We know that we r committing a mistake, but it is difficult to stop it. That is where we have to be extra cautious and never let our mind fall into depression. Remember that every situation is a phase and will end one day! ...  :)
